Some awkward room configurations getting to the elevator!!! Limited parking on busy nights!!! Soundproofing between rooms is severely lacking!!!

We had a fantastic stay close to local fun! The pool was refreshing, and the waterslide kept the kids entertained. We enjoyed our comfortable Queen room, and the staff attended to our requests promptly, which was a big win for our family of five. Our three dogs.

For dads, it would be great if the dining options were a bit better for kids.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The ground floor offered easy access but proved noisy due to late-night rowdiness. Staff were attentive, yet some room features needed better maintenance. Take advantage of the amenities on higher floors for quieter accommodations. Remember to check for scheduled events that might affect your stay.

I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the delicious breakfast each morning! The hotel had nice spots to relax, like the hot tub and the cozy lounge area. The only bummer was that our room's shower had some stains, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

Just a prime choice for a date night in Kingston with outstanding value for money. The pool area was clean, but small, which was fine for some fun. Try to visit when it's less busy for a better experience.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially compared to my previous experience in kingston. the king room was clean, and we had freshly baked croissants with our breakfast, which was a lovely touch. everything was convenient and comfortable, genuinely making it feel like a perfect staycation.

Better lighting in the corridors, please!

The experience featured a newly renovated King Room, which provided a clean and quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed delicious sandwiches and a warm welcome displayed on the TV. However, the pool area was a letdown, as it felt cold, and the hot tub was inaccessible due to renovations. Reception staff showed less attentiveness than the breakfast team, impacting the overall service experience.

The recently renovated kitchenette suite was well-equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, and glass stovetop, which significantly contributed to a productive work stay. The swimming pool area was clean with attentive lifeguards, enhancing safety and enjoyment. The staff were accommodating and quick to address requests, making the overall experience pleasant.

The Wi-Fi was slow and the carpet in the hallway was outdated.

Wi-Fi was decent, and I appreciated the free parking. The air conditioning was loud.

The clean King Room featured a welcoming feel with a nice selection of Mediterranean dishes for breakfast that stood out. However, the room had issues, including a slow toilet leak that caused continuous water on the bathroom floor and noticeable mould on the ceiling. Additionally, noise from the corridor was disruptive, necessitating a towel under the door for some peace.

This was just an ideal choice for a day tour in Kingston with exceptional value. The internet was great throughout the hotel, making it easy to plan activities. Check for busy times if you're sensitive to noise from kids enjoying the pool.
